The Concept

This project is more deeply conceptual than much of my other works. With this piece I wanted to explore character and world building. When I start to imagine this world, I see 3 class systems in place: the high acting leaders, the average citizens, and those in between. In this third class there are Advisors and there are Enforcers. Advisors provide wisdom while Enforcers take action. Neither is above the other as both are necessary. Together they bring balance.

The Dark

The darker mask embodies a persona of action. Out in the world and experiencing things at a rapid pace. Rugged and tanned by the sun. Fierce. Brave. A warrior.

The Light

The lighter mask embodies the persona of knowledge. Reflecting, thinking, and learning. Unblemished and pure as they remain in the confines of their own minds.

The Duality

Enforcers are grounded in reality. Advisors have their heads in the clouds. One does not exist without the other. Action requires thought, and thought requires action.
