Initially brought on as CTO to develop a Figma prototype and landing page, I was elected early on as CEO to guide our team through the fast-paced, three-week startup process. Leveraging my experience in rapid ideation, assumption validation, and prototype testing, I maintained a calm, focused environment and swiftly resolved barriers, allowing the team to stay on track. My ability to lead decisively under pressure and facilitate progress earned my team’s trust to oversee the entire project as CEO.
