Conrad Challenge with Henrico School System

I worked with talented middle and high school students participating in the Conrad Challenge. Initially brought in as a keynote speaker, I was later asked to return as a judge for their final pitches alongside a panel of experts. Following the competition, I mentored the winning team, helping them refine their written proposal. It was incredibly rewarding to collaborate with such motivated and innovative students throughout the process!
Shelfie Program Facilitator
Through my work with the Shelfie Program at the Shift Retail Lab, I had the opportunity to support the growth and development of aspiring student entrepreneurs and Richmond community members participating in VCU da Vinci’s Shelfie Program. Over the course of one month, participants received personalized mentorship as they worked to refine and develop their business ideas. It was fulfilling to help guide these emerging entrepreneurs, offering them the tools and insights they needed to turn their visions into reality.
